Instructions

For humans (all ages): give 1 Tbsp. in 8oz of water daily.

When first starting out, (first 2 weeks) take 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 tablespoon before bed.

Topically: Full strength on the skin for insect bites, rashes, scrapes, and minor burns.

 

Store in cool, dry place.
